Bas works on patent-related cases in chemistry, chemical technology and mechanical engineering. His focus is not only on the preparation and granting of patent applications and the enforcement of patent rights, but Bas also occupies himself with the development and implementation of custom patent-related strategies.
Bas advises clients varying from SMEs to multinationals and larger venture capital investors. He advises them in the development, management and valuation of intellectual property portfolios and in the provision of validity and infringement advice.
